The submitted paper will be reviewed as a “Letters” in IEEE Transactions on Consumer Electronics (TCE), referred as
TCE Letters (TCEL). The format and details of TCEL are described in the followings.
The TCEL is designed to be accepted in about 14 days. Please note that once the paper is given the status “accept” or “minor” then authors must pay the full registration fee of ICLT 2024 (refer to ICLT 24 website: https://www.ieeeiclt2024.com/
Please be reminded that the author must present, after payment of registration fee, in ICLT 2024 (F2F or online). Please also note that the accepted paper of TCEL is a transactions category with an Impact Factor of 4.3 and the paper will be published in TCE. The same paper (or derived version) will not be published in ICLT 2024 Conference Proceedings.
NB: Papers not accepted in TCEL will be considered by Technical Paper Review Committee of ICLT 2024 for possible acceptance.

“TCEL”
The "Letters" category, abbreviated as TCEL, is envisioned to comprise concise papers, ranging from 2 to 3 pages, formatted in a double-column IEEE style.
TCEL are characterized by their concise format, rapid dissemination of significant or novel findings, and focused content that communicates key results succinctly. Typically, TCEL undergoes an expedited review process, features a limited number of references and figures, and is directed towards a specialized audience.
The expected S21D is typically no more than 14 days, max 21 days.
